About the Dive

From the Chandler Hovey parking lot, there is a pebble beach ahead and to the right. This is the best spot for an entry. After entering the water, dive the ocean side (off the right side of the beach) away from the harbor. This is a good area for seeing lobster and crab.

Notes:

There is a diving ban in effect at this beach on weekends from May 1 to November 1. There can also be heavy boat traffic in this area, even though the channel markers are quite a ways off shore. Stick to the shallower waters and always surface near your dive flag.
